1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Lunexo, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

Lunexo provides AI-assisted analysis of video creatives, including predicted engagement signals, timeline insights, and exportable reports. Outputs are informational and do not guarantee performance outcomes.

3. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for credentials and workspace access. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload content you do not have rights to analyze.

• Do not reverse engineer or scrape the service beyond documented APIs.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Respect plan limits on analyses, seats, and storage.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of videos and materials you upload. You grant Lunexo a limited license to process content solely to provide the service and support your workspace.

5. Billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval selected at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in an order form.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is.” Lunexo disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
